Su fundaci\u00f3n filos\u00f3fica se basa en el tridente ambientalista de <strong>Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Sim\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez y los Poderes Creadores del Pueblo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somos una instituci\u00f3n universitaria con perfil <strong>humanista y solidario<\/strong>, orientada a la <strong>formaci\u00f3n no tradicional<\/strong>.
